Michael Langley has spent his life in law—not just as a career, but as a calling. Inspired by his father, a respected attorney, Michael saw early on the difference legal advocacy could make in people’s lives. That inspiration turned into a life’s work.

Over the past several decades, Michael has built a reputation as a trusted legal voice in Little Rock and throughout Arkansas. His experience spans civil and administrative law, with a special focus on helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate complex challenges.

A defining chapter of his career came in 2007, when he was appointed Director of the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Over his eight-year tenure, he led initiatives that supported both small and large businesses while ensuring policies benefited communities statewide.
